Arrived on shift and fela was up stairs in the toilet. We had handover and Alicia did felas routine and I did his breakfast. Fela came down and ate breakfast and supplements. Fela then went to sit in his rocking chair. I did the board with fela and then we did some chores. We got ready to head out and fela used the toilet. We went to aldi. Alicia went in a got what we needed and take and fela stayed in the car. We then headed to astbury mere and had a lovely walk round. Fela was smiling and laughing all the way round. We walked for about 40 minutes and then went back to the car. We drove home and once there fela took his shoes and coat off. He used the toilet and had a small bowel movement. He washed his hands and then sat at the table and we all had lunch. Fela then went and sat in his rocking chair. After he finished his cup of tea he lay down on the sofa. Fela was asleep by 14:55. Fela woke naturally at 15:30 and used the toilet. Fela sat down on the toilet. Me and Alicia checked on him and it looked like fela was falling asleep on the toilet. Every time we tried to get him off fela became very noisy and agitated. Fela got of the toilet at 16:30 and then had his snack at the table. Fela then went sit in his rocking chair
