01/04/2021 – Day shift – teresa davenhill

I arrived on shif and had handover with zoe and claire  Then we heard fela  humming.  We went up to fela and asked   him to lie down fela lay down but didn’t go back to sleep. We then went up and prompted him to toilet. Fela used toilet past urine and had large bowel movement and then he got into the shower

He got out the shower did his routine well bt very noisey and slow Fela was downstairs and sitting for breakfast by 11am. Fela said prayer with me  and then he tried to say it again before he ate.  He then finished his breakfast and went sat on his rocker we did the board with fela. He then  relaxed listening to music and drank his morning tea.  afterwards we got ready to head out fela went and used the toilet and past urine. We then we walked for about 45mintues fela was vocal while on walk.  We then we then went  home  and  fela went to the toilet and sat down.Alisha arrived for shift and we had handover

Fela then sat down for lunch and said prayer. Once fela had finished his lunch he relaxed in his rocking listened to music. Alisha  did the board with fela.  We did chores and alisha prepared tea . We did Makaton and story time with fela . He loved the singing and actually sang long . . Emma arrived and we had handover .
