Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath and did his routine well, he was in bed for 10:15pm I left his music on and then said prayer, I didn’t hear from fela until around 6am he used the toilet then got back into bed. Fela was humming so I took his tea up at 7am and then he did his routine Mx he was downstairs for 8:20 breakfast and supplements had and was just listening to music when I left this morning
