I arrived from my shift and fela was relaxing in his rocking chair listening to drifters, I said hello to fela then had handover from chole chole handed over that fela had bowel movement after his bath and there was blood in it and also had blood on his towel she also relaised after she submitted her report she forgot to put it in her report.
At 9.30am I did fela board with him and he appeared happy with today activities. Zoe-lou cleaned fela keloids and we put plaster on as they where bleeding little where fela had picked at them.
Fela had his snack and it took fela over half hour to eat his snack and kept needing prompting to eat them. At 11.10am fela used the toilet then we left to go for walk, we walk around tunstall fela was very happy walking around.
When we got back to the car fela had an apple and water. We arrived back home at 12.45pm fela had his supplements.
Fela then had his lunch fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. Once fela had finished lunch he washed his dishes. Then went and relaxed in his chair.
We then put the very hungry Caterpillar on you tube. I then updated fela board with him and he relaxed listening to music. Fela had a homemade ice lolly.
At 14.55. I cleaned fela keloids and took of the plasters and they were looking bit sweaty and wasnt bleeding so thought could let some air get to them while fela was relaxing in the house.
Myself and fela then did some colouring we coloured a butterfly. After fela listened to music
Fela then used toilet at 15.30 and had bowled movement this was normal and had no blood in it. It took fela a while to get of toilet .
Fela had finished in bathroom he went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music and snack.
