Fela got out the bath and used the toilet, then did his routine really well, he used the toilet again before getting into bed. I left his fan on and his music on repeat, we said prayer and then said good night. Fela was in bed for 10:15. I didn’t hear fela until around 4:20 he used the toilet and then got back into bed, fela didn’t go back to sleep so at 6:30 I took his supplements up and then he His fruit and tea, he then did his routine well and was down stairs for 7:45 breakfast and supplements taken. And Is now listening to music in the sofa.
Ive checked the camera this morning and fela has been awake from 3:30am so he has had very little sleep
