When I arrived for my shift Fela was sitting on the sofa with Chloe reading padding bear.
I said hello and then had handover, at 5pm I did the board with Fela and then he listened to music.
At 17.35 Fela had his supplements and then I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, we had our evening meal at 18.05 and Fela said prayer brilliant, he was so full of smiles and really did enjoy his homemade burger and chips, he ate with a smile throughout and after he had some chocolate bark and ice cream, Fela then took the dishes out to the kitchen and hung up his apron.
Fela relaxed and then did some Abs workout on YouTube, this was very difficult so we tried some yoga, we settled on walk at home and Fela did really well with Chloes prompting. After Fela had his evening snack.
At 20. 25 I cleaned Fela’s keloids due to the left one bleeding and applied a dressing, Fela then had a phone call off Mama.
Fela is now relaxing in the bath.
