Fela got out the bath around 9:55pm he used the toilet and then he did his routine well. I put tiger balm on his temples back and chest and then his tee tree oil and his toes. He had a bowel movement before getting into bed. We said prayer and then I left his music on. I didn’t hear fela all night. Looking back at the camera it looks like he didn’t go to sleep until around 11:30pm. And then his legs were up at 12:45 till 1am I couldn’t see his eyes but I think he was asleep from 11:30 till 3am. From 3am to 7am I’m not sure how much sleep fela has had. There was a lot of tossing and turning but can’t be sore that he was awake. He used the toilet at 7 and then I took his supplements up at 7:30 due to fela being noisy, fela took quite a while to have his fruit and tea and then went in the shower, fela was still in the shower upon me leaving
