Fela was not in when i arrived for shift. Once Fela arrived I have had hand over.
Fela has spent time listening to relaxing music, the board has been done and Fela seemed happy.

Fela has had tiger balm applied to his fore head and Teresa has closed the blind and curtains, Fela has lay down for 15 mins then had snack about 16:00.
Once snack had finished we have all got ready to go to the butchers for weekly meat, when at the butchers it was closed so we went for a drive and Fela was full of smiles.
Once back at home Fela has taken of his shoes and had a DVD on , Staff have pre pared dinner and then once dinner was ready we have sat at the table and said pray.
When Fela had finished dinner he has help with doing the dishes. We have then done walk at home at with nick at 19:45 until 20:00, while doing walk at home Fela was full of smiles and asked me if he could sit down three times.
Fela has then had snack and finished watching his DVD which finished in time for his phone call from Mama.
While on the phone Fela has been scratching at his keloids and made them bleed.
Once Fela had finished his phone call i have sorted the bath out and also cleaned his keloids before Fela got into the bath. I have supported Fela with washing his hair and Fela is now lying and relaxing in the bath at time of report.
