I fela got out the bath at 950 he took the plug out and stood up . Twizzed round and put his foot on the toilet. Which was soaked from fela splashing. He then slipped and his foot went down the loo. He fell forward and put his hand out to the window . Slipped and his elbow it the windowsill I’m not sure if it was his head or chin hit the window but there was a bang . I was standing behind so couldn’t fully see . Fela was laughing. I asked him let me have a look and I couldn’t see anything. (Both zoe and claire have been informed) He ran upstairs and did his routine well . Creams jarmas and teeth cleaned he got into bed happy we said prayer and he snuggled down . I didn’t hear fela all night . I went up to wake fela and he was asking to go back sleep . He went back sleep and at 8 am I went up and took him his waking supplements tea and fruit. Claire arrived handover given . . On leavin Chris hadn’t arrived. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay over due to having a appointment at 945
