01/12/2019 – Day shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela was finishing his supplements on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover, I then did the board with fela, he was very happy, Fela sat listening to gospel hymns on YouTube, Fela had his morning snack and took approximately 40 minutes to eat this, after we put up some of the tree decorations and I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe gel, Fela then went to the toilet and when he returned to the lounge he banged his head, Fela became agitated, please see arousal state, Fela as been vocal on and off through the afternoon and agitated at points, Fela did take sometime eating his lunch today, which was beautiful and we all enjoyed it, Fela was full of smiles and laughing when we were all chatting about pudding, he really enjoyed his custard and was very happy.

Yes to 5 – Very Agitated Fela banged his head, after coming out of the bathroom and he was touching his head on his wall, his normal routine and he banged his head, Fela returned to to his rocking chair and I checked his head I rubbed his head and reassured Fela, he then became very agitated, stamping his feet and rocking hard, clapping his hands and noisy, this lasted approximately 15 minutes, once at Mama and Michael's Fela was agigtated, he sat in the chair in the lounge and was rocking and noisy, Fela as been agigtated on and off through the afternoon. Did he have a bowel movement? Yes Bristol score: Was Fela incontinent?: No Did he have vigorous exercise?: No – Why no exercise?
