I arrived on shift just before 9am, fela was just sitting down to eat his breakfast.
We took handover from Emma.
Fela took his supplements and Chloe sat with him.
I then cracked on with chores.
Once finished fela have me his apron and went to relax in his rocker, I made fela a cup of tea and fela continued to relax.
We then got our shoes on and fela used the toilet (passed urine). We then got our outdoor wear on and headed to biddulph grange for a walk.
Fela appeared to really enjoy the walk today, once at the lake we stopped so fela could have his drink and snack and once finished we headed back to the car.
We got home and fela took his outdoor wear off and made his way to the toilet (passed urine).
Fela then made his way to the lounge and relaxed listening to music.
Lunch was served, fela said prayer well and we all ate together, fela requested a second portion soup and this was provided.
After lunch fela relaxed in his rocker and watched a dvd (sound of music), Chloe cleaned his keloids and he had a cup of tea and relaxed with sensory lights on and curtains closed.
I asked fela if he would like to lie down but fela clearly said no.
Fela then used the toilet (urine only) and after he lay down on the sofa and continued to watch the movie.
Fela then went to use the toilet again (urine only).
Zoe then came on shift and we had handover.
Fela then said hello to Zoe and continued listening to music.
Fela then went to use the toilet (small b/m)
After using the toilet fela continued to listen to music.
Fela then took his supplement and we all sat down for dinner, fela said prayer and ate well.
After dinner fela made his way to the rocker and chose a dvd (Pinocchio), I then gave fela a facial trim.
Fela then had a foot spa whilst watching dvd.
At 8pm fela had his supplement, snack and drink.
Fela then continued to watch his dvd.
At 8:30pm fela had a phone call with mama.
I then assisted fela with his evening routine, fela is now happily splashing away in the bath.
Fela has been in a lovely mood all day and has been very happy.
