I arrived for my shift This morning and sat hello to fela he was sat finishing his tea and was just about to have lay down on the sofa.
I had handover from emma, fela remained laying down on the sofa. Was quite but didnt sleep. Fela got up at naturally and used the toilet fela had bowel movement this was normal.
Fela then had his snack and I did fela board with him he seemed happy with today plans. We then got ready to go for a walk.
We left at 11.25 and had lovely walk around biddulph Grange park fela was full of smiles walking around .once we had finished walk we headed to car, once fela was in the car I got him to change his top as he had worked up a good sweat fela then had some water and a plum. On the way home we stopped to get petrol and electric.
We retuned home at 13.05 fela had his supplements then relaxed while I got lunch ready fela had his keloids cleaned by zoe-lou then we sat down or lunch. Fela at neat and tidy.
After lunch fela relaxed on the sofa and listened to music at 13.30 angelia arrived for her shift. I gave hand over then at 14.00 I left to go and collect little girl from school and take her to nans. I returned to fela at 16.00pm and fela was just about to have his snack. Zoe-lou and angelia handed over that fela had lay down on sofa but didn’t sleep.
After fela had his snack he relaxed listening to music. Then myself and fela did some colouring and then we read the hungry Caterpillar.
At 17.30 I cleaned fela keloids and he relaxed listening to music we then sat sat down for dinner fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. Fela then relaxed listening to music. I gave fela a pot of aloe gel to rub in his keloids as they seemed to be itching.
At 19.34 we got ready to go for walk. Fela used the toilet and we left at 19.45 and arrived home at 20.05 we didnt do the full neighbourhood walk because fela seemd to be in discomfort as I noticed he had blister that may of popped. On returning home fela relaxed listening to music and had his snack. We then got ready to leave to go to mamas house.
