02/09/2020 – Afternoon shift – teresa davenhill

I arrived on shift and fela was in his chair listening to music. I had handover with Adele and Claire.

We then packed felas bag and snack. We did the board. Shortly after fela  Went to the toilet and had a  large bowel movement we then went to drumming fela did brilliantly After drumming fela sat in car and had his snack and drink. We then left and headed for  fela took his shoes off and then sat in his rocking chair and watched happy feet.

Had handover with chloe  fela continued to watch his film until dinner was ready. He ate well and then had dessert.  After he continued watchin his film. He had another large bowel movement with blood in.  Followed by his snack. Shortly after he called mamma then started his nighttime routine. He was splashin away
