02/11/2019 – Morning & Afternoon shift – kuda wadesango

Shift Report:

Fela was very vocal this morning and staff tried using distracting techniques but Fela declined and requiring time to himself. Fela helped out with chores this morning wiped surfaces and his chair. After lunch, I did the board with Fela, we headed out for a drive and walk at knypersley. Did well with walking around lakes. Had his snack while we were out at the park. Returned home and Fela had a change of clothing and went to watch his movies. Fela set the table for tea and even took his drink out the kitchen. Enjoyed his tea and had his supplements. Watched movies for the rest of the evening with staff. Had his 730 supplements. Listened to some relaxing music before his phone call.
