On arriving fela was still Upstairs, he came down and had breakfas and supplements, he then went and sat in his chair and listened to some music, I did the board and then he had snack, we then went to Aldi and fela chose to stay in the car with claire while I went in and got the shopping. We then returned home, after a while fela had lunch and he ate well, after lunch I asked fela if he wanted to lie down on the sofa and have a nap he said no, he chose to watch the perfect man and I asked him a few times if he wanted to lie down on the sofa each time fela refused, he had snack and then Claire did the board, we then got ready to go to flip out, fela did really well and jumped for 50 minutes, afterwards we went the toilet and changed fela and then ate dinner in the car, once home fela watched happy feet 2 and relaxed, he had snack and then had a long soak in the bath.
