Shift Report:
Came on my shift with PN, RT and WA handed over, said hello to Fela on his settee. Went to prepare dinner when it was ready we all sat together prayed and ate. After that PN did foot physio with Fela, I gave him a facial trim, cleaned his keloids and gave him his snack. Washed the plates and cleaned the kitchen, prepared and assisted Fela in the bath, petty cash check and signed.
When leaving Fela was splashing in the bath.
