On arriving we went up to Michaels and carlas, fela was just having breakfast, he had his supplements and then Zoe did the board, we returned home and fela spent half an hour in the toilet and had a massive bowel movement, he then had his snack and relaxed listening to music while we did chores, we had lunch and then after a while we went for a walk, we walked round tunstall park twice and then returned to the car, fela had snack and then we went home, fela then chose a dvd and then we prepared dinner, fela ate well and then after a while did mr motivater, fela then had snack and his supplements and is now just getting his shoes in ready to go to mamas house
