I arrived on shift and claire wa just helping fela with his morning routine me and zoe prepared his breakfast . He came down and we said prayer.. we then had handover with claire. Fela then returned to his rocker and relaxed listening to bob marley. We did the board and fela was happy with the mornings activity. He then had his snack then got ready to go out. We headed to berry hill playing fields and had a lovely walk round . After 40 fela sat on the bench and had water and crisps . He then became very adjated . Stamping his feet and rocking . After 20 he calmed and we asked fela if he would like to go to his car . He said yes. We got back to the Car and headed home . Fela came in and went to the toilet. He then sat and had his lunch. After fela returned to his rocker and asked for a apple tea . . Emma arrived and we had handover.
