I arrived at Michael and Carla’s House for the start of my shift.
Fela had finished his breakfast and was taking his supplements, after Fela drank his tea and then opened his present.
I did the board with fela and he appeared happy, we then got ready to go to Fela’s house, Michael drove us back and Fela was full of smiles.
We arrived back for approximately 10am, Angelia did the board with Fela and he sat listening to Phil Collins, at 10.30am Fela had his morning snack, Fela took sometime eating his snack and didn’t finish until 11am.
At 11.10am I cleaned Fela’s keloids, after I asked Fela if he would like to do walk at home with me, due to it raining outside but Fela clearly said No and shook his head, I then asked if he would like to watch me doing walk at home, I thought if Fela saw me doing it, then I might engage Fela to try, Fela again clearly declined.
Fela chose to lie down on his sofa, this was at approximately 11.20am, Fela didn’t go to sleep, he was laughing and very happy, at 11.45am Fela went to the toilet independently and then chose to sit on his sofa.
Fela had his supplements and then we had our lunch, Fela ate well and was very happy, after Fela listened to music.
At 14.10 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, Fela then sat and relaxed, at 14.43 we got ready to go out.
We went to Chatterley Whitfield and Fela did really well on his walk, we walked for approximately 40 minutes and Fela was happy and content, once back in the car Fela had his flask of water and some fruit, after we returned to Fela’s house.
Once home Fela relaxed and I cleaned his keloids and applied cream, after Fela chose to watch Little Women, I then made us all a cup of tea.
Fela had his evening Supplements at 17.40 and then we had our evening meal at 6pm, Fela ate well and was happy, after we finished Fela still had one glass of water left, Fela became agitated, please see arousal state.
At 19.00 Fela went to the toilet independently and became agitated, clapping his hands and being vocal, after Fela returned to the lounge and sat on his sofa and I did the social story with Fela, about sleeping Michael and Mama’s house, at 19.35 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, we did the board and Fela listened to music.
At 8pm Fela had his evening snack, at 20. 25 I cleaned Fela’s keloids, due to him scratching so much, that they were bleeding, Emma applied a plaster.
At 20.50 Fela went to the toilet and became agitated but this lasted only for a few seconds and then he was happy, we then went to Mama and Michael’s house for Fela’s sleepover.

Fela went to the toilet before we left for Mama and Michael's house this evening, he became agitated and then with seconds he was laughing and happy. Did he have a bowel movement?
