Fela was sitting down relaxing on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover from Claire and Teresa.
At 2.15 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied aloe gel, after I read with Fela, we read a story from his Paddington book, after Fela sat listening to Phil Collins on YouTube.
At 4.30pm I did the board with Fela and I cleaned Fela’s keloids, I applied a small dressing, after Fela cleaned his small table and rocking chair and did a brilliant job, Fela was pleased with himself, I gave Fela lots of praise, after he relaxed listening to his music.
At 5.30pm Fela had his supplements and after we had our evening meal, Fela said prayer well and he ate well, Fela seemed to really enjoy his evening meal, after Fela took out his glass to the kitchen and then hung up his apron.
Fela returned to the lounge and chose to watch Happy Feet, Fela declined walk at home, while watching happy feet I did some handle with Fela, head massage with ball and he really enjoyed this, Fela was very relaxed and content, Angelia sat down and watched some of the film with Fela while I did some jobs, Angelia cleaned Fela’s keloids and he was happy with this, Fela enjoyed his film and was quite, towards the end of the movie Fela was happy giggling.
Fela then went to the toilet independently and had a bowel movement, he returned to the lounge and then listened to relaxing music on YouTube.
At 8pm Fela had his evening snack followed by a phone call with Mama.
Fela is now quietly relaxing in the bath, I have given Fela a facial scrub but avoided the area that is weeping, on his left side.
