03/07/2020 – Sleep shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela passed urine before and after his bath, Fela got out of the bath at approximately 21.50.

Once upstairs night routine followed brilliant, I noticed that where Fela as removed the skin, from under his foot, looks sore in two places, I applied sudocrem.

Fela brushed his teeth and passed urine after, once in bed Fela said his prayer so well, I gave Fela lots of praise and then we spoke about breakfast in the morning and said good night.

I heard Fela around 12 midnight but this was only for a second.

I then heard Fela at around 3.30am, at 4.30am I prompted Fela to the toilet and he returned to bed, I heard Fela occasionally on and off, at 6.30am I prompted Fela to the toilet and he passed urine and returned to bed.

I have looked at the camera and Fela as been clearly awake from 3.30am and not gone back to sleep.

I went into Fela at 7.30am with his morning supplements and fruit, Fela was full of beautiful smiles, while Fela took these we sat and chatted.

Fela went into the shower at 8am and was happy, once out of the shower at 8.10am Fela was vocal but trying to tell me about breakfast.

Morning routine followed well, Fela was vocal at points, I applied sudocrem to Fela’s foot and applied a long wound dressings, due to appearing pink in two areas, after Fela brushed his teeth.

We were downstairs for 8.30am.

Fela was vocal, when I took Fela his breakfast in, he clearly requested five minutes, with his hand clearly up, a couple of minutes later I peered in on Fela and he signed for me to sit down, we said prayer and Fela drank his aloe juice. I asked Fela if he would like five minutes and he said yes.
