I arrived for my shift and fela was sitting on the toilet. I went in and said hello to fela and he asked for 5. I then went and had handover from emma.
Once fela had finished on the toilet at 14.15 fela sat down to have his lunch he said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. After lunch I did fela board with him and he appeared happy with today activities. Fela relaxed listening to soul man disc 3 on plex while he let his lunch settle.
At 15.30 cleaned and creamed fela keliods then applied a dressing as fela had made them bleed through scratching/picking.
Shortly after we got ready to go for walk we had very pleasant brisk walk in the neighbourhood and fela worked up a hood sweat. We retuned home at 16.05 and changed fela top Asia t was damp with sweat, checked breast of his clothing and they where fine. Fela then sat down and relaxed listening to music. We then watched you tube video of what can eat on toast makaton signs.
At 17.45 angelia cleaned and creamed fela keliods and applied a clean dressing.
We then sat down for dinner fela said prayer very well and ate neat and tidy.
After dinner angelia did the board with fela and he became vocal unhappy. I went in to fela to see if he was okay and said yes but he was frowning and vocal unhappy, so as we had just done the board I asked fela if there was anything he was unhappy with nad picked up the board, as soon as fela could reach the board he signed finished and took walk at home off, with in few mintues of taking this of fela went back to vocal and smiles.
At 19.00 fela chose to watch little women. Fela relaxed watching this, I sat at dinning room table while fela watched this as was doing some lamenting but could also keep fela company. Fela had his is snack and cup tea
At 20.30 fela had phone call of mama , once fela had finished on the phone he went in to the bath room used toilet then sat down and got undressed
At around 21.00 fela got in to the bath nad angelia prompted fela to wash hair and all over body.
On writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath.
