On arriving fela was still asleep in bed. He woke around 9:20am. It took him a while to take his supplements and tea then got in the shower. Fela did his routine well and was downstairs for 10:40. It took fela around an hour to have his breakfast and supplements With a lot of prompts. Once finished he went and sat on the sofa, I did the board with fela and then he relaxed listening to his music. Flea used the toilet and is currently sitting down in the toilet on writing my report
