03/09/2019 – Evening shift – april trevelyan

Shift Report:

Fela was happy and smiling doing education with Andrew at the start of my shift. While he did this I did the supplement pots for the next three days. After education Fela sat for a short while listening to the radio before having dinner. We all said grace before eating and Fela ate well. Fela then came into the kitchen and demanded ice-cream, taking a bowl out of the cupboard and grabbing at myself to get the ice-cream. I said to Fela I will do you some sorbet if you you go and sit back down at the table. Fela went to sit back down. Fela ate his sorbet and then sat in his chair relaxing listening to the radio before we prepared Fela for mac club. The teachh board was completed by myself after Andrew left with this evening activity. Before going to mac club Fela used the toilet and had a bowel movement, when I went into Fela Fela had rubbed his faeces  all  over his top. Staff supported Fela to change and while changing he was laughing. We drove to mac club and Fela was calm and happy in the car. We arrived at mac club and Fela walked quickly in to get to the  dance floor not caring who was in his way. Fela started dancing smiling but stamping his feet harder then usual and more vocal than usual. After half an hour I asked Fela if he wanted a drink, he signed juice so I asked Fela to follow me and took Fela into the other room where it was a little bit quiet. Fela sat lovely had his drink and I gave him an apple. Fela listened to the music and was smiling. At 7.45 I asked Fela if he wanted to come home Fela said yes and signed home. Fela had his snack in the car coming back home. Fela was in a lovely mood. We pulled up, and as Fela got out of the car his mood state went straight to a five. And he ran into the house and went straight into the lounge. My advice to max was to stay out of his way, so I said to Fela shout me when you calm and he stayed like this for about half an hour. Fela eventually called me and myself and max went to the door. Fela was then supported by staff to do his evening routine. Fela was laughing at staff as he was undressing again intimidating staff, he got up off the toilet went to come towards myself then sat back down laughing. Eventually Fela got into the bath. Fela is quiet on and off laughing in the bath at time of report.
