When I arrived Fela wa still in bed , I have had hand over and then went and said hello.
Fela has given me he’s apple core and then told me out. Every time I have gone into Fela he has told me out.
I have explained to Fela that he would need a shower and that O need to change his bed as he had had an accident. Fela agreed to having a shower so the bed was changed. I have then put clothes and pjs on the bed so Fela has a choice of getting up or going back to bed for a bit.
fela has chose to go back to bed , Tiger balm applied and creams.
Fela has had fruit and supplements while in bed. I have asked Fela if he wanted to get up and he said no out . This is what happened all morning so at 11:00 am I have gone into Fela with toast and a drink , Fela has eaten the toast and remind in bed .
Fela was quite for a short period but can’t say that he had gone sleep.
I have had to go into Fela and explain that in five mins he would have to get up and get dressed as he needed to go to Mamas and Michaels house, Fela was not happy with this at all and became very vocal and agitated.
Fela has got up and got dressed then came downstairs had a bowl of beef stew and listened to music for a sort period.
staff have sorted out all Fela things to take with him , we have then got ready to go and again Fela has become vocal.
Omce at Mama Fela have me a ho five and a small smile.

Yes to 4 – Agitated Fela became agitated and vocal when asked to get back out off bed and get dressed as he had to go to Mama, Michaels house. Did he have a bowel movement? Yes Bristol score: Was Fela incontinent?: Yes Did he have vigorous exercise?: No – Why no exercise?Due to Fela having broken sleep for three nights and also he possibly could be staring with a cold or even the back end of a cold , so Fela spent most the morning in bed .
