I arrived for my shift and fela was in the shower. Had handover from Chloe.
Zoe went up to fela and completed his morning routine while I finished of fela breakfast. Fela was downstairs for breakfast at 9.40am fela said prayer and ate breakfast.
At 11am fela went and sat in his rocking chair and listend to relaxing jazz. Fela has needed a lot of prompting this moring and is processing very slow. Myself and zoe sat with fela while listend to music. Fela then had soft rock music in which he choose himself. Fela asked for 5 and turned his timer over.
At 12.50 I cleaned and creamed fela keliods. We then sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After fela had finished lunch he dried the dishes and helped to put them away.
At 13.30 fela went sat in his rocking chair and listen to music to let his dinner settled. When went in to fela he asked for 5 so prompted fela to turn timer over. We popped into fela to see if he was okay.
15.00pm we went and sat in lounge with fela and watched a dvd we watched 2 brothers. Fela was happy for me and zoe to sit and watch whole film with him. Fela had his snack
After the dvd had finished I did the board with fela, then myself and fela did 15 minutes walk at home with nick we did this 17.00pm until 17. 15pmFela did this brilliantly and engaged with it well. Once we had finished walk at home fela sat in his rocking chair and listened to music.
At 18.00pm we sat down for dinner fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy.
After dinner fela went sat in his rocking chair zoe asked fela he wanted her to sit with him and he said no.
I updated the board with fela then he had his foot massager on. Zoe cleaned and creamed fela keliod. Zoe read a story to fela and he was full of smiles while she read this. Fela then asked for head massage so zoe used the spikey ball and gave fela a head massage while he listened to relaxing jazz music.
At 20.00pm fela had his snack and camille tea. At 20.30pm fela had phone call of mama and once fela had finished on the phone he got stright up and went into the bathroom full of smiles and looked very happy to be getting in bath. Fela got undressed and into the bath, zoe assisted fela with his personal care then fela relaxed in bath.
On writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath
