Fela got back from Michael and Carlas just after 9 and started his night routine. He enjoyed his bath and done his night routine well and tucked himself in once in bed.. I heard nothing from him all night and went in at 6am and he got up to use the toilet and then got back into bed and I went back up at 7.40am. Fela done his morning routine well. He came down and ate well and was just finishing his supplements upon me leaving
