I arrived for my shift fela was sitting at the table having breakfast he was very agaited, fela finsihed brekafast then started taking his supplements fela was still agaited rocking backwards forwards, clapping his hands very vocal. Fela finsihed his supplements then went sat in his rocking chair
Fela had calmed but vocal when he went to sit in his rocking chair. I put music on for fela.
I did the board with fela and he became vocal. Then became agaited rocking backwards nad forwards stamping his feet this lasted for about 5 minutes.
Once calmed fela relaxed listening to music. He then went sat at table for his snack. Once finsihed he sat in his rocking chair and listned to calming and relaxing music. Shortly after we got our shoes on fela used the toilet past urine then we left to go on neighbourhood walk. While on the walk fela did amazing full of smiles abd laughing and did amazing at listening and didn’t touch any cars. About 5 minutes before we got home fela became more vocal. We walked for total of 35 min. We then returned home and he was still vocal but took coat and shoes off then went into the bathroom and had clothing changed as he had worked up good sweat. Fela then sst on toielt and was back at baseline. Fela had large normal bowel movement.
Once fela had finsihed in bathroom we all sat down for lunch fela said prayer well abd ate well. Just as he was drinking his water he became slightly agaited gruntal nosies clapping loudly. This last for about a minute then back at baseline.
Dan arrived and for shift gave handover.
I then did the board with fela he seemed happy to see drumming nad requested his shoes. We then got shoes on fela used toielt past urine then we left to go drumming. We arrived at drumming fela was agaited in car slapping leg hard abd rocking side to side fela then relaxed and was excited to get into drumming. When in drumming fela vocal for 1st 5 min but then was calm and seemed to be really enjoy drumming and was full of smiles and played well. After drumming we returned to fela car and he had his snack. Once fela had finsihed his snack we headed for home. We returned home just after 4 fela took out door ware off went sat in his rocking chair listened to music
