Fela was not home on my arrival, so I got everything ready for his return.
Once home I supported Fela to remove his hat and coat, it took Fela a few minutes to remove his shoes, he then went into the bathroom and I encouraged Fela to remove his clothes and put them into the washing basket, Fela then got into the bath.
Fela completed his bath routine well and then relaxed.
At approximately 9.45pm Fela got out if the bath, dried himself and has his sleep tincture, he then passed urine and went upstairs.
Fela then completed his night routine excellent, he brushed his teeth and then passed urine, Fela then got into bed at approximately 22.15, we said prayer and goodnight, music cd left on.
I could hear Fela humming, he then went to the toilet and passed urine at 23.15 and then returned to bed.
Fela remaind awake until just after midnight, he then went asleep until 5.30am, Fela went to the toilet and passed urine and returned to bed, Fela remained awake being vocal on and off.
I went into Fela just before 7am with his morning supplements, Fela took these and I asked if he would like a shower, Fela said no and signed sleep and said sleep, I explained to Fela that sleep means we are quite and close our eyes and go to sleep and he said yes.
I returned downstairs and Fela lay down and went back to sleep.
I went back into Fela at approximately 8.30am, I encouraged Fela into the shower, he was vocal throughout .
Fela completed his routine well but was vocal throughout.
