Myself and Zoe Lou arrived at Michael and Carla’s House for approximately 9.15am.
Fela was sitting on the toilet, in the shower room upstairs, Fela had a bowel movement and I then prompted Fela into the shower.
Fela was full of smiles and very happy throughout his morning routine.
Fela was downstairs for 9.40am and Zoe Lou prepared Fela’s breakfast, Fela said prayer well and drank his Aloe Vera Juice, it took Fela half an hour to eat his breakfast.
Fela had finished his breakfast and his supplements by 10.30am, I then did the board with Fela and he appeared happy, we then got ready to go to Fela’s house.
We arrived at Fela’s house at 10.50am, Fela took off his coat amd sat on his rocking chair, I did the board with Fela and he then sat listening to relaxing jazz music on YouTube.
At 11.40am I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied Aloe Gel, after I did some ball head massage with Fela.
Fela then went to the toilet and is very happy.
Fela is very happy today at the moment but could take a dip at some point, due to lack of sleep.
