I arrived for my shift fela was taking his supplements, had handover from zoe then prompted fela to finish taking his supplements. Once fela had finished his supplement he went and sat on toilet and had bowel movement there was small amount of blood in stool.
After fela had finished on toilet he wanted in to the lounge and sat in his rocking chair. We put film on for fela as zoe handed over that he requested dvd and also had asked myself and emma for dvd. Fela choose to watch little women
Fela then asked for tv paused then used the toilet, after fela had finished in bath room he sat back in his rocking chair and finished watching little women.
Once fela had finished watching little women I put him some music on fela then had his lunch time supplement. Fela then put apron on and sat down for lunch fela said prayer then ate his lunch.
