Fela was at Mama and Michael’s on my arrival, myself and Dan went in Fela’s car to collect him.
Fela was just finishing taking his supplements on our arrival, we had handover and I did the board with Fela, we then returned to Fela’s house.
I nipped in and got the thing’s we needed for Aldi shopping and we then went to Aldi.
Fela did absolutely amazing in aldi, he pushed his trolley all the way around and put some items in his trolley, he had a smile all the way around.
We then went to the butcher’s and Fela waited in the car while I went in, after we went to get gas and electricity, we then returned home.
<span;>Once home Fela relaxed and Dan cleaned Felas keloids and applied a fresh dressing, I put the shopping away and made us all a drink
Fela watched a dvd while myself and Dan did chores.
Fela then had his lunch and ate well, Fela is now relaxing watching the end of his movie.
All supplements taken, Fela as being in a brilliant mood all day.
