Fela was upstairs getting ready when I arrived on shift. Once down Fela was extremely slow eating breakfast even with prompting from staff. Fela took himself into the bathroom and requested more time when staff had asked if he had finished, Fela had a bowel movement ,then sat and relaxed to music. Fela has been up and down this morning see arousal state. Fela ate well at lunch and then had a short rest before heading to bathpool. Fela was vocal for most of the walk.
Once home Fela requested a DVD so he relaxed in his chair before Andrew arrived. Fela then started education with Andrew see arousal state. After the incident Michael and Zoe came and I left to go the Haywood walk in hospital
Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 6 – Aggresive Did his state change? Yes to 4 – Agitated Fela has bought his phone into the staff room asking for cake. I was stood up and Fela push me on my chest then ran out and put the phone back.
Fela has been laughing to himself in a hysterical manner staring at nothing and then would become agitated. Fela has been in a very up and down mood the whole shift stamping and rocking and being vocal then quiet.
Whilst doing his education session with Andrew Fela became agitated, I was sat on the sofa writing my report. Andrew has asked Fela to take five and asked if he would like to sit down. Fela was wiping his face with his T shirt. I handed Fela his towel as I’d was nxt to me on. Fela then jumped up and grabbed and bit my arm with such force I fell to the floor. Fela then continued to bite me again and again whilst I was on the floor. I then remember Chloe helping me out the room and telling Andrew to leave the room also.
