i arrived on shift and fela was relaxing listening to music. i had handover with zoe and claire. we then preparing dinner. fela went to the toilet and had a very bowel movement and there was a lot of blood .
fela then came to the table and had his suppliments and then had his diner followed by pudding .
he relaxed listened to some music and once his dinner had settle we then did walk at home. he did 14 mins of that . he was so tired. he requested we finish and he sat down and requested a dvd . he then had his tea, snack and suppliments,
fels then began his night time routine and got into the bath.
on time on writing this fela was spalshing away in the bath
