I arrived for my shift at 9.30am and fela was just going to sit in his rocking chair, i said moring to fela then had hamdover. Zoe then did the board with fela then he asked for 5 and sat listend to music.
At 10.10 am zoe cleaned and creamed fela keliods then applied almond oil to fela fingers as he was rubbing at them. Fela then had his snack at half 10.
At 10.50am after fela had finished his snack fela got his shoes on and used the toilet, we then left and went to longto Park, fela had really good walk around longton Park and worked up good sweat wecwalked for about 40mins, while on the walk fela hadcsit on the bench and had some water. We then retunred to car fela removed his jumper. On way home we call in to home bargains to get few things that fela needed zoe went in while me and fela sat in the car. We returned home, at 13.00 fela took his hat off he then used the toilet and had large bowel movement, fela got of toilet and washed his hand then out his apron on, we sat down for ,unch atv13.30pm fela said prayer well. After lunch fela dried the dishes then went said in his rocking chair and listened to music, i dis noard with fela then told me to go send asked for 5.
When went in to feka he would tel, me to go and ask for 5. At 14.45 myself and fela did some arts and crafts, fela coloured in all a and then crossed stitched this fela did absolutely fantastic at this and seemed to enjoy it and was full of smile, fela then had his snack while sitting at the table.
At 15.51 fela went sat in his rocking chair and listed to greatest showman zoe then cleaned and creamed fela,a keliods, zoe asked fela if he wanted a facial trim he said no at 1st but I brought trimmers down n we asked again and fela happily let zoe do this he didn’t want her to finish kept asking for more, when zoe had finished the trim she gave fela keliods a good clean and cream agsin.
At 16.30teresa came in for her shift and we had handover, fela relaxed listening to music staff cid some chores and started the evening meal. I did board with fela at q7.00 then he asked for 5.
At 17.30 fela went sat on the toilet at 17.40 fela asked for another 5 on toilet went in to fela again and at 17.50 fela asked for another fela had bowel movement then got of toilet and washed his hand then sat down for tea, fela said prayer well then ate neat and tidy. At 18.46 fela went said in his chair listend to soul women, fela was scratching at his keliod so asked if he wanted them cleaned teresa came in and cleaned them for him. At 19.30 we did walk at home i did half with fela then teresa took over.
At 20.00 pm fela hadcsnack,watched dvd fela relaxed watching dvd.
At 9.00pm fela got ready for bath fela used the toilet before getting in the bath and then got into the bath i then gave fela keliods a good clean. Fela then relaxed in bath.
