I arrived for my shift and fela was out. Shortly after my arrival fela arrived home.
He took of his outdoor ware then went in to the bathroom and sat on the toilet and had bowel movement.
Fela then got his apron on and sat down we said prayer and fela ate neat and tidy.
After fela had finished his lunch he went sat in his rocking chair and listend to micheal bolton. We then got ready to go out for a walk. We went to biddulph Grange country park we arrived at approximately 2 45 and had really good walk fela seemed to really enjoy this we returned to car at half 3 fela had his snack then we headed for home. We returned home fela too of his outdoor ware then went in to bathroom past urine then changed his trousers. Once fela had finished in bathroom he went to sit in his rocking chair and listened to music. I did the board with fela.
We then sat down for dinner fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy. After fela had finsihed his evening meal and ice cream he went sat in his rocking chair and relaxed while we did some chores.
I then gave fela a manicure and afterwards i cleaned and creamed fela keliods
At 7.25am we all sat down to watch dvd he watched secret life of pets 2.
Fela was falling asleep so we gave fela his metal sensory balls but fela was still falling asleep so we then gave fela his slinky to play with to help keep him awake.
Fela then went to the toilet. After fela had finished in the bathroom he went sat in his rocking chair and carried on watching dvd then had his snack.
Fela seemed to be enjoy the film and was laughing or smiling at the funny parts of it.
The dvd then finsihed fela was prompted into the bathroom. Fela sat on the toilet got undressed and then past urine. Fela then got into the bath. Chole supported fela with his personal care.
