05/03/2023 – Day & Evening shift – mina adomako

Shift Report:

Came for day and evening shift with Marc. Fela was having his shower. Ruth handed over to us and left. Helped Fela with his morning routine and came down stairs to have his breakfast.

After his breakfast, we updated the TEACCH board with him.By then, he was agitated and he chose to watch TD Jakes. He was giving a space to calm down.

House hold chores done and Marc prepared lunch.

Mark gave Fela the tongue drum to play and watch TD Jakes after he calmed down.

He was later served with snack.

He was still unsettled.

Lunch was ready and we all sat down to pray and eat. He seems to enjoy the meal.

He emptied his bowel after lunch. Per Marc, there was no blood in stool.

He was served snack at 15:00 and he became calm after taking his snack (15:30pm).

Fela had facial trimming and his keloids cleaned by marc

Fela did colouring at 16:10 and he seems to enjoy it.

Paul joined me for evening shift.

He did some house hold chores and we prepared dinner because Milton Chippy are on holiday.

Paul assisted Fela to have his foot physio and handling

Dinner was served and I sat with him to pray and eat.

Carla called to say hello and spoke with Fela immediately he finished with his dinner.

Paul put relaxing music for Fela when he was done talking to his mum.

Fela declined walk at home steel city series

He was served with snack and his bath was prepared.

I assisted him to bath

When leaving he was in the bath
