Shift Report:
Fela was out of bathroom by 10:20, helped to dry his head and back while he dried the rest,went upstairs and gave him the evening routine and was in bed by 10.30pm, I gave him a head massage after he asked for it but he was awake until 12:40, he slept from 12: 40 to 7:55 where I took a banana supplement and a cup of tea for him, he had his shower and the morning routine done at the end of the shift he was having his breakfast in the dinning table.
