Shift Report:

We received a call fro Claire to say that there had been an incident with Zoe, so I went to the house. Fela had become agitated on their return from ours – in discussion we think there may have been multiple contributory factors including –  Fela’s mental state with most of his activities being cancelled, sleeping at Mama & Michael’s etc, this morning I gave him a cooked breakfast rather than porridge, the transition from ours to his house was abrupt, his keloids have been very smelly these past couple of days. He must really be wondering what is going on.

When I arrived his state see-sawed between calm and agitated for about an hour, when he settled. Before lunch he listened to music, after lunch he watched Cool Runing.

He ate both meals well and helped with washing up afterwards, and has been quite happy this afternoon and evening.

He’s just finishing his bath, and we pray for a quiet night
