I arrived for my shift and fela was sat in rocking chair listneing to music, we then had handover from Alicia.
I then did the board with fela. He appeared happy with today activities. Shortly after fela go his shoes on used the toilet and past urine fela had bowel movement . We then got outdoor ware on and left to go to aldi. Fela did fantasia around aldi. Once we finished at aldi we went to local co-op.
We then returned home fela went to the toilet then went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music while we did some chores. Zoe updated fela board with him. I cleaned and creamed fela keliods
At 12.45 we sat down for lunch fela said prayer well and ate very neat and tidy. After wed finished lunch fela went sat in his rocking chair and relaxed listening to music.
Emma arrived for her shift and we had handover. Fela then went sat on the toilet abd had small bowel movement this was normal. Once finished in the bathroom fela went sst in his rocking chair and listened to Bob marley. I did the board with fela and he appeared happy with this afternoon activities.
We then got our shoes fela used the toilet past urine, got outdoor ware on and left to go for walk around burselm Park we had brisk walk around burselm Park. We then returned to car on retuning to car fela had his snack. Then headed for home. Fela took shoes and out door ware off .
Fela then went sat on his sofa and choose to watch happy feet 2.
Once dvd had finished I updated the board then we did handle fish faces then Makaton.
At 17.55 we all sat down for dinner, fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. Fela then had pudding. After pudding fela went sat on his sofa and listened to micheal bolton
I did the board with fela and he seemed happy with today activities fela was full of smiles. I signed to fela for 10 to let his dinner settle

At 8pm fela sat at table for snack myself and Emma sat with fela. After snack fela went and sat in the toilet, I phoned mama and she said call back when fela had finished I then went into fela and he kept asking for bath asked if he wanted to talk to mama and he signed bath, so spoke to Carla and agreed she would call fela tomorrow.
Fela then got into the bath. Emma supported fela with personal hygiene..
On wrting this report fela is happily splashing in the bath.
