On arrival just before 21:00 Fela arrived looking tired. Whilst he was on the red settee upstairs, I asked Claire to show me cuts, marks, bruises etc she had discovered during the body mapping investigation last night.
*I will apply aloe propolis to these areas for the three nights Fela is with me, and re-assess from there.
Fela entered the bath at 21:25, and was upstairs to dress at 22:15. He fell asleep in the bath during the 25 minutes he was left to soak. Fela insisted on a face scrub so I gave him one towards the end of his bath. Ordinarily he would need one on the same day he is trimmed but he would not take no for an answer, and he clearly finds it soothing.
*I forgot to put a handful of epsom salts in the bath so this may have contributed to his sleep not being as restful as usual.
Fela completed his evening routine and was in bed and lights off by 22:50 after I applied aloe propolis to those areas of his skin which needed healing, and tiger balm to his back, chest and forehead. I heard him making noises until 23:15, then silence. I next heard him at 5:00 when he woke me up with a loud grunt. I prompted him to the loo and he did a large pee but then proceeded to be on slow-motion for the next half hour. It was as if he was re-adjusting to the shower room again.
He was in bed again by 5:30 and made noises until 5:50. I checked him at 8:00 and he still looked groggy so I said he could have ‘5’. I prompted him to the loo at 8:20. He spent a good 15 minutes in there after he passed urine. Once gain, it looked as if he was getting used to the shower room again after spending four nights at his home.
I brought Fela some green grapes and lemon and ginger tea. He consumed his refreshments very slowly, and needed a lot of prompting with his grapes. Chloe and Claire arrived at 9:15 and I asked them to take over so they assisted him with the rest of his morning routine.
He was down for breakfast just after 9:30, and they left Green Pastures at 10:15. Fela seemed calm, but he will most likely feel tired as the day progresses so it is advised to exercise caution.

He did sneeze at one point in the early morning so his hayfever may be implicated as the grass season seems to be starting early this year. Did he have a bowel movement? No Bristol score: Was Fela incontinent?: No Did he have vigorous exercise?: No – Why no exercise? sleep shift
