I arrived for my shift fela was sat on sofa watching dvd, I went in and said hello. Then had handover. At 4.35 fela asked to have his keloids cleaned. So I cleaned and creamed fela keloids then I applied a plaster as they where bleeding.
I updated fela board with him and zoe gave fela a head massage fela then relaxed and watched the end of little moment then he had Joseph and the amazing technical colour dreamcoat.
I gave fela his evening supplements zoe then cleaned and creamed fela keloids. we then sat down for tea. Fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After dinner fela went to the toilet then relaxed listening to music.

We then did walk at home fela did well at this even though he appeared to be tired. Once we finished walk at home. Fela had his supplements and snack. Fela signed for jam on his peanut butter on toast. Fela relaxed listening to music and then had phone call off mama.
Once fela had finished on the phone to mama he listened to music then started night time routine with zoe. He used toilet before getting in the bath.
On writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath
