Fela was relaxing on my arrival, I said hello and then had handover.
When Claire arrived on shift she cleaned Fela’s keloids, applied cream and then put a plaster over Fela’s right keloid, due to it bleeding, after I gave Fela a head massage and he enjoyed this alot.
At 17.30 Fela had his evening Supplements and was very calm and relaxed. At 18.00 I cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream.
Fela then had his evening meal and ate well, after Fela finished, he went to the toilet and was full of smiles, Fela then returned to the lounge and listened to music relaxing.
At 19.20 Fela did some colouring with Claire and after Claire cleaned Fela’s keloids and applied cream, after Claire and Elisha did walk at home with Fela, he was a bit reluctant but with lots of praise Fela was happy.
After Fela listened to music and had his evening snack, when I gave Fela his snack of peanut butter on toast he started to sign to me, what looked like spreading butter on a slice of bread, we figured out it was jam, I praised Fela for his good communication and for knowing what he wants, Fela was very happy with himself.
After Fela enjoyed a phone call off Mama and is now happily relaxing in the bath.
