i got fela out the bath at around 21:30 and then he used the toilet and went upstairs. fela did his routine really well, he used the toiet again before getting into bed. lavender oil was sprinkled on his pillows, and the music changed to his nature sounds, fela was in bed by 21:50, we said prayer and then i left his music on repeat. fela was humming until around 22:3. i then dint hear fela until am he used the toilet and then got back into bed. looking back at the camera fela was awake at 1am fela didnt go back to sleep then and maybe had 30 minutes from 4:45 to 7am, so all in all fela has had around 3 hours sleep all night. i took his tea and supplements up at 7:30and then with a lot of prompting hes done his routine very slowly and loudly, he is now eating his breakfast at the table looking very exhausted.
