I arrived for my shift and fela was sitting on his sofa listening to music I went in an said hello then went and had handover from emma.
At 9.30am I did fela board with him and he seemed happy with today activities. Fela then had his snack at 10.30.
Fela relaxed listening to music we then hot ready for a walk fela used the toilet. We left at 11.33 to give for walk in ann neighbourhood and we let fela lead the way and he took us the way of his bike ride. We retuned home at 12.25pm fela took of his shoes then went in the bathroom and fela had complete change of clothes a he had worked up good sweat on his walk. Fela then sat on the toilet and had small bowel movement this was normal but no blood. I cleaned and creamed fela keliods and put a dressing on as fela had made it bleed.
After we sat down for lunch fela ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela went and sat and listend to music. I did the board with fela.
At 14.30 due to drumming beging cancelled we engaged fela in some painting fela did very well at this and seemd to enjoy it.after we had finished fela went in to the bath and washed his hands, then got fela changed due to blood and paint on clothing.
Once fela had finished in bathroom fela went sat on his sofa and had his snack at half 3. Fela then requested at dvd and as fela been asking from early afternoon we put dvd on for him and he chose to watch little women.
Carla came on shift and cleaned fela keliods and gave him some aloe to put on them. I then had hand over with carla.
