Shift Report:
I arrived on shift on shift and fela was up and sittin on the sofa with his tea. We had handover with Emma Claire n alisha. After Claire did the board n I did chores . Fela relaxed listening to music. We then went for a neigbourhood walk for a a hour. He really enjoyed it.. Fela came back and got changed while I did his dinner we all sat and ate together.. Fela then went to sat relax in his chair.
