On arrival Fela was in his chair listening to music, Fela got up came into the staff room demanding cake, as he left he banged the door pulled the alarm off the wall and went into the bathroom. Fela locked the bathroom door and became agitated in there, when I asked him to unlock the door he did and demanded cake again. Fela was in there for quite a while then eventually came out and sat back in his chair. I comleted the teacch board with Fela and together we did some of his makaton signs as momma rang and cancelled education. Fela seemed to really enjoy this and calmed. I applied some tiger balm and applied felas cream, this helped Fela relax with his feet up and fan on. I later gave him a warm flannel to put on his keloids this taking the emphasis off Fela from scratching. I cleaned the car and prepared dinner as Fela relaxed, a couple of times felas mood changed (see aroused state) plenty of reasurence given for Fela to calm. I gave Fela a piece of ginger to chew then put in the bin which he did then asked for honey after, pointing to his mouth smiling. He really chilled after that. We soon had dinner saying Grace before eating, Fela was happy and enjoyed what we had. After dinner Fela sat in his chair listened to a little more music while his dinner went down then chose to watch a DVD. Fela chose shreck. He related and enjoyed his DVD before we supported Fela with his night-time routine. Fela is splashing in the bath, at time of this report.

Yes to 4 – Agitated On and off through out of the afternoon Fela has had spells of being agitated, stamping his feet rocking and clicking and being vocal, very unpredictable in mood high states of laughter and then calm, trying very hard on occasions to stop himself going up.
