05/09/2019 – Morning shift – zoe holmes

Shift Report:

Fela ate his breakfast well this morning and took his supplements, he then sat on his rocking chair and relaxed listening to music, I did the board with Fela and included his visit to the orthotics and Max printed out a picture for Fela, after this Fela was very vocal and becoming agitated, I gave Fela his board and Fela removed the cards and said no, after this was removed Fela relaxed, Fela had his lunch and became agitated, staff gave Fela space and then he calmed, this was on and off, he would calm and then become agigtated, after lunch Fela sat down and then went to the toilet, he was agigtated but also laughing, he did sit down on the toilet but didn’t have a bowel movement, Fela then went back into the lounge and sat down listening to music, when staff were having handover, Fela came into the staff room asking all staff for food, he then banged the door shut and returned to the lounge and sat down, today Fela as been very up and down with his agitation, all supplements taken.

Arousal States – Start: 1 Baseline End: 1 Baseline Did his state change? Yes to 5 – Very Agitated Fela as been agigtated on and off through out the day, he became vocal and agigtated this morning when we did his board and he became agitated at lunch time while eating his meal.
