05/09/2020 – Evening shift – teresa davenhill

Shift Report:

I arrived on shift and fela was watchin secret garden. Isaid hello and then had handover.

Before our dinner Fela became vocal while taking his supplements,  we sat at the  table and Fela calmed down I think that he was hungry because he asked for more

After Fela listened to music and then zoe  filed the hard skin on Fela’s feet, she  noticed that on Fela’s left foot he as two blisters.

Fela relaxed listening to music and then he had his snack, Fela  asked for toast with peanut butter and jam he made it himself and I was very impressed.

Fela then had a phone call off Mama then got into the bath.

I helped  Fela with his bath routine and to complete his night routine.
