Shift Report:
Fela appears to have fallen asleep just before 11pm. Fel then woke again at approx 12.30am and was awake until 5.20 when he went back to sleep.
Fela got up and used the toilet at 6.30 and and then got back into bed and went back to sleep. Fela woke again when the bin men came At around 8.20, fela then had his supplements, tea and fruit and asked to go back to sleep, fela is now still in bed
